       Planning Board Meetings - we pledge to attend every monthly association meeting
                                                                
       Monthly tour of the building with the engineer to proactively find and solve any issues.
 
       Supervision of on-site personnel      
 
       Address any violations of building rules
      
       Management of insurance
      
       Monthly financial reporting and budget
      
       Collecting assessments and disbursing of funds
      
        Preparation of Taxes
      
        Oversee special building projects and present and explain all bids to the board
